Liquor Control Board To Have Another Auction For Six Stores
The Washington State Liquor Control Board will hold another live auction for the rights to six state liquor stores. It's the third auction of state liquor stores since Washington voters approved Initiative 1183 privatizing liquor sales. The top bidders for the remaining six stores failed to pay their winning bids and sacrificed their deposits after the first live auction. The six stores are located in Kent, Bellevue, Bellingham, Ocean Shores and Kennewick.
