Legends Casino Plans Big Expansion

A groundbreaking ceremony was held at Legends Casino in Toppenish on Monday. Yakima Tribal officials broke ground on a new 2 hundred room, 6 story hotel. The 90 million dollar investment by the tribe will include a new restaurant, spa and arrow shaped indoor swimming pool. A 4 story parking garage and more than 5 thousand square foot convention center is planned as well. Construction is expected to be completed in about 18 months.
