League of Women Voters Hold Census Meeting Tuesday
There's been a lot of talk about the upcoming 2020 census that starts April of next year. This week you can learn more about the census right here in Yakima.
The League of Women Voters of Yakima will be discussing the need for a complete count during an event on Tuesday, October 22. The event will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church. You'll learn all about the 2020 census including what changes have been made and even ways to find a census job. You'll be able to ask questions and discuss issues in the census.
The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. and it's free.
