Ladders as Christmas Trees Are A Thing, A LAME Thing

Sorry Christmas revelers but I tap out on this one.

For starters I really don't like fake trees--even though we have one.  Fresh new trees have gotten more and more expensive and you can't always find the right height or fullness so I get the appeal to consistency.

But a fake tree that's not even a fake tree? No thanks!

Some people are adorning stepladders with decorations and lights instead of a tree and the trend has been growing steadily over the last few years.

Fox news is reporting that ladder trees can easily serve as backup plan "B" in case your real tree bites the dust before Christmas.

What's next? A black cat as Rudolph? No thanks, I'll stick with tradition - how about you? (FOX)
