Kung Fu Master Say it’s OK To Be Typical Man — Dave’s Diary

I'm pretty sure I once heard Kwai Chang Cain, that Kung Fu guy from TV, say something once about true freedom being achieved when you no longer worry about keeping up with the Jones's.  We are always comparing, always trying to see where we fit on the scale of normal.Researchers have done much of the homework and you can now see if you or your man is a typical guy.

The typical man spends an entire month of his life just looking around for missing socks.  He also spends a whopping 10,585 hours in bars and an amazing 11 years watching TV yet he learns to cook only four measly meals in his lifetime.

Standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing in at 175 pounds, the average guy earns $45,894 a year with nearly $2,000 of it going toward beer. He will spend far less annually on designer duds just $925, but splashes out for gadgets $3,554 and online shopping $3,248, but tightens up again when it comes to dining out spending $678.

And Mr. Typical is more than just sorry about losing his socks.  I'm not sure what he's done or will do, but he'll say "sorry" a resounding 1.9 million times during his lifetime!
