Kevin Lusk will be back on the job as Principal of Prosser High School on Thursday, February 16th. The Prosser School District superintendent says Lusk will spend seven days on unpaid leave following an investigation. The superintendent stands by Lusk as a principal and his 26 years of "unblemished service." he says the only mistake here was that Lusk did not confirm whether his wife, Linda Lusk, was allowed to be a Prosser High School functions. Her attendance was found to be in violation of her parole for a child molestation conviction. The conclusion of the investigation includes a "last chance agreement" signed by Kevin Lusk, and an agreement to attend counseling so he can deal with the conflicts of his wife's criminal status while serving as head of the school.

Tolcacher says everyone is "eager" to put this matter behind them. Prior to the decision on unpaid leave, Lusk had been off the job on paid leave since January 19th.
