It might be hard to believe, but the United States is covered by forests; in fact, it is roughly 53% forest land, with Washington State coming in at #25, with over half the state being considered forest area (thank you, Wikipedia). Now, according to Google, roughly 5% of the United States is UNTOUCHED wilderness. That might not sound like a lot, but considering how big the US is, you figure how big an average human is, and that's a lot of area for someone or something to hide.

A video has popped up containing a picture of the elusive Sasquatch as well as tracks that were taken along the Hoh River in Washington state. If you're unsure where that is, you can find it in the Olympic Peninsula, marking the boundaries between Olympic National Park, the Olympic National Forest, and the Hoh Indian Reservation. If you take a look at pictures of the Hoh River trail on the National Park Service website, you'll see how it's a vast, rich and beautiful rainforest in Washington. The exact place you'd expect for the PNW's favorite cryptid.

A picture of the Sasquatch was taken in 2021, but it recently started making the rounds when a person named Ron shared it with the Rocky Mountain Sasquatch Organization. The photo was taken on a fishing trip along the Hoh River. Ron doesn't go into much detail about the actual image (seen in the video below) but does talk about his experiences in the area.

Some believe it could be a bigfoot, while others suggest a man in a suit or a trick of light and shadows. What do you think? Tap the App, send us a message and let us know.
