Indoor Arena Football Coming to Yakima

Yakima will soon have an indoor arena football team called the Yakima Canines. In fact team officials with American West Football Conference are holding a press conference in Yakima Wednesday to introduce team officials and some players.
A news release says officials from the Yakima Canines and the Yakima Valley SunDome will be finalizing their agreement for play in the SunDome this spring. Canines Owner and Head Coach, Warren Reynolds will be joined by Co-Owner and Defensive Coach, Michael Foster and Central Washington State Fair CEO, Kathy Kramer. Several players will also attend.
