It's Primary Election day in Washington State but not everyone is voting. Only voters in the city of Yakima and Union Gap and the Sunnyside and Wapato School Districts have ballots. The Auditors office expects about a 30 percent turnout. In Yakima and Union Gap it's city council races and charter questions that dominate the ballot. Voters are being to require city council members be elected from districts in the city and also to update the city charter. School board positions are up for grabs in Sunnyside and Wapato. If you have a ballot remember it's due in the Auditors office by 8 tonight.
