Richard Hatch is headed back to jail. The Survivor winner, and current Celebrity Apprentice contestant, was ordered back to the slammer for continued tax trouble.

Hatch was released from jail in 2009 after serving a three-year sentence for tax evasion for not paying taxes on the $1 million prize he won as a part of the CBS series in 2000 -- however he still hasn't paid up.

He still owes an estimated $2 million to the IRS and as a condition of his release, he was ordered to file his 2000 and 2001 tax returns -- but he failed to do so.

  • Judge William E. Smith said on Friday, "This isn't a complicated matter as much as you tried to complicate it. As far as I can tell, you've made no effort to put any money into the government's coffers." After the nine-month jail term, Hatch must serve 26 months of supervised release, during which the IRS will garnish 25 percent of his gross income.
  • Celebrity Apprentice will still air on May 22.
