If you're a small business owner hit hard by the current COVID-19 Yakima County is hoping to help you stay in business. The Yakima County Development Association is starting a new grant program for small businesses with five or fewer employees including the owner. A news release says the business owner must also meet the Community Development Block Grant low to moderate household income criteria for Yakima County which starts at $37,000 for a family of 1.
Funding for the program comes from a Yakima County and Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant, that YCDA is administering on their behalf. For more information clink on a link.
