Gap To Gap A Big Success

Two Yakima residents were winners of the Ironman male and female divisions in the 2011 Gap to Gap Relay Race over the weekend. Hundreds of people crowded the Yakima greenway on Saturday for the annual race that draws teams from throughout the Northwest. Bill Dezellem and Karin Kupp both of yakima were winners of thier Ironman divisions. The water portion of the race was threatened this year because of high water, but no problems were reported and everyone had a great time with great weather on Saturday.
