Food Safety Reasons

Apparently the closure of Yakima's Wendy's restaurant wasn't a problem with paying bills...it was a concern about food safety...that's according to an article in today's Yakima Herald Republic....it says an injunction was filed by the parent company last week against the local franchisee BZB Enterprises...it says the franchisee failed to correct company concerns about food safety...because the franchisee failed to follow the company standards the restaurants were closed.
