Flood Concerns Remain For Naches River

The flood warning continues for the Naches River near Naches until Sunday morning. The river was measured at 16.9 feet last night. Flood stage is 17.0 feet so officials say moderate flooding is forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage by early thursday morning and continue to rise to near 18.2 feet by thursday before midnight. The river will fall below flood stage by Sunday morning.
