Family Fun Planned At 4th of July Celebration

Yakima's 4th of July celebration received a funding boost from the Yakima City Council Tuesday. The council voted to donate 2 thousand dollars to help pay for the fun. The celebration is expected to take on more of a family theme this year. Officials with the 4th of July Celebration Committee will talk to reporters to announce details of the event later today.
