Death Penalty Decision Delayed…Again

Kevin Lee Harper will have to wait a little longer to see if he'll face the death penalty in the February killing of three people in the Falcon Ridge development in West Yakima. The 29 year old is charged with three counts of aggravated first degree murder for the beating deaths of Bill, Pauline and Bettye Goggin. The prosecutors office has now delayed a decision on whether to seek the death penalty until November 1st.
