The Inaugural dinner included lobster and bison but not spinach.  Perhaps is should have.  In addition to the Popeye-like muscles we’ll all need to do the heavy financial lifting to come in the next four years, there are some potential Obama care health savings to be had as well!

Spinach may have an unrecognized superpower. In an Oregon State University study, rats that ate spinach after being treated with a known carcinogen had a 45 percent lower incidence of color tumors than rats that did not eat the greens. Further study is needed to determine know the spinach supplied the benefit. (Men's Health)
