City Offices/Services Closed Friday for 4th of July Holiday

Yakima City offices will be closed Friday as part of the 4th of July holiday weekend. City officials say you'll see closures at Yakima City Hall and the Y-PAC building. If you ride the bus Yakima Transit will not provide bus service on Friday, July 3.
Regular service will resume Saturday, July 4. A news release says since Independence Day is on Saturday, there will be no interruption for the City of Yakima garbage and yard waste pick-up services on Friday, July 3.
Everything gets back to normal service hours on Monday however city buildings and offices remain closed to the public because of COVID-19 restrictions.
