Children’s Miracle Network Benefits From Credit Union Kindness

Tomorrow is a big day with a big check waiting for the Memorial Foundation.

Will foundation leaders be happy?  You can take it to the bank...er...Credit Union.

Wednesday, Feb. 20, Erin Black, CEO of The Memorial Foundation, will accept a check for $68,990 from representatives of Gesa Credit Union, HAPO Community Credit Union and Solarity Credit Union. The ceremonial check represents donations raised in 2018 under the Credit Unions for Kids program, a national credit union initiative that raises funds and awareness for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

That's a fantastic boost for the foundation which supports programs for more than 7,000 kids across Central Washington who receive care locally at Virginia Mason Memorial.
