Big Cost To Repair Yakima City Streets

How much will it cost to fix roads in the city of Yakima? How about 20 million dollars. The Public Works Department Thursday presented information to the City Transportation Committee which is considering asking the full council to support a bond measure of between 20 and 30 million dollars to pay for street upgrades. So far there's no date as to when a bond discussion will happen with the full council and no indication when the bond may go before voters.
