Fingers are crossed in the Selah School District for passage of a 39 million dollar bond issue to pay for school upgrades and the replacement of the jr. high. Kathy Fisher is the County Elections Manager who says the district has reached it's validation number now the bond needs a 60 percent super majority to pass. It's the second time the issue has been on the ballot this year. It came close to passage in February when 58 percent of voters supported the measure.
