Another Sex Offender Moves Into The City Of Yakima Where Hundreds Already Live

Another sex offender has moved into the City of Yakima. Authorities say 34 year old Jerome Owens is now living in the 1 thousand block of South 7th Street in Yakima. He was convicted of rape in December of 2005 and was recently released from prison. He's one of 884 sex offenders who live in Yakima County. 49 are level three offenders considered to be at a high risk to reoffend.
