A Plea Deal in Triple Murder Case

A triple murder suspect has reached a plea deal in Yakima County Superior Court. Attorneys for 30 year old Kevin Harper announced a deal earlier today but details haven't been released. Harper is expected back in court at 1:30 Wednesday afternoon. Harper is charged with 3 counts of aggravated first degree murder in the February 2011 beating deaths of Bill, Pauline and Bettye Goggin. All three were killed in thier home in the Falcon Ridge neighborhood in West Valley. harper is being held in the county jail.
