The path to success may not be the path to happiness, Surprise!

You know the mindset.  Come early, stay late, etc. etc. etc.
The UK Mirror has  some new research that shows there really is
something to be said for leaving the office at 5 p.m. -- sharp!.

A new study finds those who leave work on time each day are happier and healthier than those who stay late.

And by "healthier' we are talking serious health implications - a previous study found that people who worked more than 55 hours a week were 33 percent more likely to suffer a stroke compared to those who worked 40 hours per week.

The "experts" say it's important to have a clear delineation between your professional and your family life.  Maybe a late add to the New Year's resolution list?
