Bodybuilders Put Their Work On Display in Yakima

Hard work pays off on stage tonight at the Yakima Convention Center for the Second Annual ABFF Central Washington Natural Muscle & Bikini Classic. Months of discipline, diet and pumping iron can transform anyone and your chance to see for yourself starts at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $20 to watch 10 women’s divisions, six men’s divisions and a mixed pairs competition. The fittest folks in Yakima will be at the convention center at 7. Come appreciate the hard work required to sculpt the human form and cheer on your favorites.  Which by the way is totally acceptable and even expected -- loudly -- at bodybuilding competitions!

If you’ve never been to one, I think you’ll find it quite interesting.  Besides, I hear they’ll have an awesome master of ceremonies! See you there!
