Ron Anderson does not mind if you call him a dreamer.

The Yakima man is part of the group "Millpark Imagineering Foundation" made of people concerned about the former Boise Cascade mill site development along I-82. Anderson tells KIT News, "In fact we just put our powerpoint to make presentations to groups and the title of it is 'dream bigger'."

Anderson says they just want to make sure the area is developed correctly.

"We've been told this is the largest single piece of property ready for development in the state."

Anderson says Millpark Imagineering Foundation wants to insure development on the site is something that brings jobs and provides family entertainment and activities year around. The group is talking to private investors, consultants and working with the city to make sure the area is developed in a way to benefit Yakima and the surrounding areas.
