Yakima County Prosecutor Jim Hagarty Charged With DUI

A DUI charge was filed Thursday against 61 year old Jim Hagarty. The Yakima County Prosecutor following was arrested after a crash in the Selah area last month. The charge was filed in Yakima County District Court by Kittitas County prosecutors who will be handling the case. Hagarty is expected to make a court appearance on the charges December 12th. Hagarty was arrested on November 15th after a non injury traffic accident on Highway 823 in the Selah area.
