Yakima County Detectives Investigating East Valley Murder

Yakima County Sheriff's Detectives are searching for clues in a homicide reported at a home in the 3 hundred block of North St. Hilaire Road. Authorities have identified the victim as 30 year old Desiree Sunford who died of multiple gunshot wounds. Deputies were called to the home just after 9 last night. The woman's husband was out of town and unable to contact his wife. He called deputies to check on her and they found her dead at the home. No arrests have been made. Sheriff's Detectives' investigation continues today.
