City Attorney Jeff Cutter tells KIT News. "The legal staff is compiling the possible responses or alternatives. Then we'll seeking the city council's choices or steps that might be taken next." The city may ask the judge to reconsider a number of things in the appeal including the hourly rate of attorneys and how that factors into the legal costs.
