Wow A Gang Shooting Arrest? Police Say It’s Rare But True

A 16 year old boy is sitting in county juvenile jail today after being arrested Tuesday afternoon for the shooting of a brother and sister late Monday night. The brother and sister were shot while walking in the 8 hundred block of Lafollette Street. They told police they were confronted by a teen who fired shots at them. A 14 year old boy was hit in the back and his 17 year old sister was struck in the leg. Both were taken to a Yakima hospital where they're expected to recover.
