Woman Found With Head Wound In Zillah

A woman is in critical condition at a Yakima hospital Today after being found in the Zillah area with a serious head wound on Monday. Yakima County Sheriff's deputies were called to a fishing pond at the end of Flint Road in Zillah where they found a woman in the bushes. She told a deputy she'd walked to the area  a few days ago. The woman was taken to a Yakima hospital where they found what deputies say might have been a bullet in her head wound. The woman, who has not been identified remains at the hospital Today as an investigation continues.
