Sunnyside Community Hospital & Clinics has signed an agreement to buy Yakima Regional Medical & Cardiac Center and Toppenish Community Hospital from Tennessee-based Community Health Systems Inc. for about $45 million. The two companies announced the deal in separate news releases Tuesday.
