Carbon Tax Initiative Certified
OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — The Washington secretary of state's office has officially certified an initiative to the Legislature that would tax carbon emissions.
Secretary of State Kim Wyman certified the results for Initiative 732 on Tuesday.
