Philadelphia Building Collapse – People Believed to be Trapped Inside

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Emergency crews are at the scene of a building collapse in Philadelphia, and the fire commissioner says as many as eight to 10 people were believed trapped in the rubble.

I-5 Skagit River Bridge Detour
