Sunnyside Named the Third Safest City in Washington State

The crime rate in Sunnyside is the third lowest in the state, according to Alarms.org.

Snoqualmie was listed as being the safest city in Washington. Oak Harbor, West Richland and Enumclaw cities rounded out the top five.

Other local cities determined to be the "safest" in or around the Yakima Valley:

Analysis of property and violent crimes resulted in these cities being declared the safest in an estimated population of 7.5 million people.
