SOZO Sports Hosts First Tournament This Friday

Beginning this Friday thousands of soccer players from around the state will discover the new SOZO Sports Complex in Yakima. That's because the complex will host its first tournament two weeks after opening up the fields. The tournament starts Friday and wraps up Sunday with championship games. According to a press release from SOZO Sports the Puget Sound Premier League that hosts tournaments around the state will be putting on the Super Cup Soccer Tournament. 130 teams will be a part of the first tournament at SOZO Sports. The teams will play on the six grass and two turf fields at SOZO Sports along with some fields at Cottonwood to accommodate the 2,000 soccer players. The complex is located at 36th Avenue and Spring Creek Road.
