Traffic on I-82, over the East Selah Road bridge, Exit 29, north of Yakima, will be restricted to one lane for three weeks as the Washington State Department of Transportation and its contractor rehabilitate the pavement on the bridge deck.

The work requires one lane to be closed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, starting Aug. 6. The work is scheduled to be completed by Aug. 23.

Electronic message boards, cones and barrels will direct US 12 traffic into one lane through the work zone.  Drivers can stay informed of traffic impacts by visiting WSDOT’s travel alerts and construction update web pages.
