Prosecutor To Announce Decision On Death Penalty In Yakima Murder Case

Man charged with a February triple homicide at the Falcon Ridge development will learn today if he'll face the death penalty. Yakima County Prosecutor Jim Hagarty has called a press conference this morning to announce his decision. 28 year old Kevin Harper is charged with 3 counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of Bill, Pauline and Bette Goggin.
