Power Out In West Valley, Crews Working

It's been a cold morning for some 1700 Pacific Power customers in the West Valley area. Power went out at about 4:15 a.m. Friday. The cause of the outage is under investigation. Pacific Power officials say crews are working and hope to have the power restored by 7:30 a.m.
