Miss USA 2006 To Speak At Merrill Scott Symposium

Miss USA 2006 Tara Conner is the featured guest at this year's Merrill Scott Symposium Alcohol and Drug Awareness Banquet set for August 27 at the Yakima Convention Center. Conner was crowned in April of 2006 and tested positive for cocaine that December. She was sent to treatment and eventually became a public advocacy consultant for the Caron Treatment Centers.
