26-year-old Manuel Verduzco was charged with two counts of aggravated first degree murder and first degree robbery in Yakima County Superior Court on Monday. He's facing charges in connection with the murders of Moneytree employees Karina Morales-Rodriguez and Marta Martinez on March 26. Verduzco, who's being held without bail could face the death penalty in the case. Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic now has 30 days to make a decision in the case...

Brusic says that information will help him make a decision in the case on whether or not to ask a jury to impose the death penalty at the time of sentencing. The judge set a hearing for May 6 to further talk about that issue.
