Governor Jay Inslee will be the keynote speaker for the annual economic outlook conference at Central Washington University in Ellensburg in two weeks.
The Governor will focus on water rights, transportation, and  other issues affecting economic growth and businesses in  Central and Eastern Washington.

The conference also features a presentation by economic consultant John Mitchell, a panel discussion on the agricultural outlook for Central Washington, and special presentation by Steven Lerch,  Executive director and chief economist, Washington state economic forecast and revenue council.
The conference is set for Tuesday the 29th.
