Give So Homeless Families Can Enjoy A Fair Day

The Yakima Union Gospel Mission is raising money to send homeless families to the Central Washington State Fair appealing to people on Facebook. They're trying to send as many of their homeless families to the fair this year, an experience many families simply can't afford. Janet Kerns, Family Shelter Director says they would like to send 15-20 adults and 7-10 kids to the fair this weekend. If you're interested in helping out, you can stop by the Yakima Union Gospel Mission to make a donation, whether it's tickets or money. The mission is located at 1300 N. 1st St in Yakima.
