Gas Prices Down Slightly in Yakima

The month of June is starting out with falling gas prices in Yakima.

Average prices for Yakima are down 1.5 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.83 per gallon, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 91 gas outlets around town.

The national average has increased 1.2 cents per gallon in the past week to $3.64.

Including the change in gas prices in Yakima during the past week, prices on Sunday were 0.6 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago, but 1.7 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.

The national average has decreased 0.3 cents per gallon during the past month and stands 0.6 cents per gallon higher than this day one year ago.
