The former mayor of Union Gap has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Yakima County Jail records show Jim Lemon was arrested Wednesday. Union Gap's acting Director of Public Safety Greg Cobb says Lemon was arrested after complaints of someone driving recklessly in the area.

This is the second time Lemon has been in trouble with Union Gap police. In 2012 he was accused spraying a city worker with gravel using by spinning his van's tires. Those charges were dismissed.

Lemon's administration was plagued with accusations including complaints from two former city clerks who alleged sexual harassment and a hostile work environment.
