Some flyers around the country are no doubt concerned about security Today following the terror attack in Turkey on Tuesday. Rob Peterson is the Manager of the Yakima Airport who says they work closely with the TSA and local law enforcement to insure flyers are safe. And if you're concerned about airport security Peterson says if you fly from Yakima when you land at Seatac you'll already be in a secure area where you'll sometimes see security K-9's along with other security. "You usually have law enforcement officers who are hired for security at the airport." Here in Yakima Peterson says it's more low key with TSA agents handling the screening process. Yakima Police officers stop at the airport during key flight times and other times of the day for security purposes.
