Firefighters Save Mobile Home In Electrical Blaze

Yakima Firefighters were able to stop a fire from burning into the interior of a double wide mobile home in the 800 block of North 40th Avenue early this morning. Two people were able to escape the fire because of a working smoke detector. the fire was caused by an electrical problem under the home. Firefighters doused the flames for about an hour before the fire was out. The two people in the home are being helped by family. No injuries were reported.
