Some members of the Davis high school track team will have to practice with its rival Eisenhower track team at Yakima's Zaephel stadium. The Pirate high jumpers and pole vaulters can't practice at  it's Kumler Field, because a fire in a storage shed has destroyed some of the Pirate track team equipment.  Pirate track coach Rick Clark says "all of the pole vault pits and all of the equipment used for vaulting and high jumping was destroyed, including 63 poles." Clark says the value of the equipment lost is about $30,000to $40,000.   Other track equipment appeared to have been saved because a neighbor saw smoke coming from the shed and quickly called 911.   An electrical problem apparently caused the fire shortly after six o'clock.
