Father Arrested For Death Of Daughter 3 Years Ago

The death of a 3 month old girl 3 years ago has resulted in the arrest of a 26 year old man who faces a charge of first degree manslaughter in Yakima County Superior Court. Robert Leingang is being held in the county jail after being arrested on Monday after he was released from a State prison in Connell. He served time for identity theft.

Authorities say Sarenadee Leingang died in November of 2008 after her father told police he may have shaken the child while trying to wake her mother. Robert Leingang faces charges this afternoon in county superior court.
