The owner of Dreamgirls Espresso, found guilty of violating the city's indecency ordinance , was fined $1000 and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.Municipal judge Susan Woodard decide not to give Cheryl Clark a ten day jail sentence that was sought by prosecutors, saying it was unnecessary.

Clark was convicted of the city's indecency ordinance two weeks ago, by allowing one of her baristas to wear a G-string in violation of the ordinance.

The barista was aquitted of violating the ordinance by the same jury.

Clark's attorney, Pat True, said the sentence would be appealed.
